While I’ve always appreciated both giving and receiving massage, I didn’t initially see it as a career path. For years, I worked in the corporate world—accounting, real estate, and title law. It wasn’t until 2011 that I truly discovered the transformative power of massage therapy—not just for others, but for myself.
That year, my father was diagnosed terminal after a long and courageous battle with prostate cancer. In an effort to bring him comfort and relief from chronic pain, I began providing back massages during our visits. He loved them and looked forward to each one. It was through this experience that I realized how healing intentional touch could be—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My father was the one who told me I had a gift, and that I should pursue massage therapy professionally. He passed away in July 2011.
Nine months later, I honored his words—and his memory—by enrolling in massage therapy school. From that moment forward, I knew I had found my true calling.
Life doesn’t always lead us in a straight line, but every step of my journey has brought me to where I’m meant to be. I’m grateful for my past, but even more thankful for the life I live today—a life filled with purpose, connection, and the opportunity to help others feel better in their bodies.

Outside the office, I’m most at home in the great outdoors—though I’ll admit, I’m mostly a fair-weather kind of gal. Whether it’s hiking, a peaceful walk in the woods, kayaking, camping (or let’s be honest, glamping), or hitting the road on a bike or motorcycle, I love spending time in nature. Gardening is another pastime I enjoy—especially perennials geared to birds, bees & butterflies.
Travel and adventure enrich my soul, and I cherish every opportunity to explore new places and cultures. While my office will be closed during my time away, rest assured—your sessions will benefit from the renewed energy and inspiration I gain through these experiences.
Above all, my family and friends are at the heart of everything I do.
